Network Support Engineer at Pilot

Armend D. started their work experience in 2015 as a Service Help Desk at the NYC Department of Education. Armend then worked as an IT Contractor at Custom Computer Specialists from July 2016 to August 2017. After that, they joined The Viscardi Center as an IT Support Specialist from September 2017 to December 2018. Armend then moved on to Long Island University, where they held multiple roles, including Technology Support Specialist from December 2018 to July 2021 and Network Engineer from July 2021 to April 2022. Currently, they are working at Pilot as a Network Support Engineer starting from April 2022.

Armend D. began their education at Thomas A. Edison Career & Technical Education High School from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a high school diploma with a focus on A+ Computer Repair. After completing high school, they attended CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2016 to 2018, studying Computer Engineering Technology/Technician. Armend then transferred to Long Island University and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Management Information Systems, completing their degree from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Armend D. obtained two certifications: CompTIA IT Fundamentals from CompTIA in May 2015 and CompTIA A+ ce from the same institution in May 2016.
