Jason Newman

Jason Newman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jason started in 2000 at Kimberly-Clark as an Employee Services Associate II and later took on roles such as Sr. Employee Services Associate, Resolution Analyst, and Global Assignment Coordinator. In 2010, they joined QVT Financial LP as an HR Consultant and later became an HR Specialist. In 2017, Jason joined Pilot as an HR Manager and then progressed to become a Sr. HR Business Partner and Sr. People & Technology Partner. Throughout their various roles, they have demonstrated expertise in people strategy, talent planning, coaching, and employee relations.

Jason Newman attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1995 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in German. Jason also studied at The University of Bonn from 1998 to 1999, focusing on German studies. In 2022, they obtained a certification as a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member from LifeLabs Learning.
