Yu-Wei (Wayne) Hung

Wayne Hung has a diverse work experience. Yu-Wei (Wayne) started their career at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice as a Cashier in September 2018 and later moved on to the role of Shaker in January 2019. Yu-Wei (Wayne) eventually became a Shift Supervisor in August 2019 and continued in that position until May 2021.

In July 2021, Wayne joined Mad Science as a STEM Instructor for a short period of time, until August 2021.

Yu-Wei (Wayne)'smost recent work experience is with Pilot, where they have held multiple roles as part of the founding team. From March 2021 to July 2022, Wayne worked as a Marketing Coordinator, where they contributed to the development of marketing policies and strategies and optimized blog content for SEO purposes. From July 2022 to April 2023, they served as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they designed and implemented content operation systems, created campaigns to improve product-market fit, and managed websites to enhance SEO and drive signups. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Growth Manager, a role they assumed in April 2023.

Yu-Wei (Wayne) Hung's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Conservation and Research, which they obtained from The University of British Columbia from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they attended the University of British Columbia - Okanagan in 2017 and 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Thai Chinese International School, earning a High School Diploma between 2013 and 2017.

Additionally, Yu-Wei (Wayne) Hung has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the TCPS 2 - Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans certification from the National Research Council Canada / Conseil national de recherches Canada. Yu-Wei (Wayne) also acquired a certification in Data Science from HarvardX and certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads Search, and Google Ads Display from Google. Furthermore, they completed certifications in Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy. In 2020, they obtained certification in Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C from the Canadian Red Cross.
