Douglas Burrill, CFA, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in valuations and alternative investments. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Alternatives Valuation at PIMCO since April 2020, Douglas leads the team responsible for the valuation of private investments within the Global PIMCO Fund Complex. Prior to this role, Douglas held various positions at Apollo Global Management LLC from March 2011 to April 2020, culminating as Principal and Head of Valuations. Additional experience includes a tenure at Goldman Sachs in Merchant Banking, positions at Merrill Lynch in Equity Research, where Douglas contributed to a #1 ranked Mid Cap Bank team as recognized by Institutional Investor magazine, and roles in Investment Management and Capital Markets at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Douglas holds a degree from Penn State University.
