Henry Caplan

Henry Caplan is an experienced communication and leadership coach, currently serving as a Partner at Pivotal Twist since December 2018, focusing on up-skilling and culture building. In addition to this role, Henry has been an Interpersonal Communication Skills Coach at Working Voices since May 2010, specializing in areas such as Executive Presence, Leadership, and Negotiation Skills, and is also a Leadership Coach at The TAI Group since 2008. With extensive experience as a Speaker Coach at DiResta Communications since 2005 and roles in corporate role play acting at PIMCO and Frank Partners LLP, Henry has contributed to various programs aimed at enhancing communication and presentation skills. Henry’s background is further enriched by performing as a Professional Actor in the Tony Tina Wedding show from 2001 to 2009, combining acting and improvisation, along with a BFA in Theatre/Communications from New York University.
