John Jolet is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and data center management. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Systems Engineer at PIMCO since November 2019, John has previously held key roles including Linux/Unix Automation Manager and Data Center Engineer at Q2, as well as Senior Systems Engineer positions at iParadigms and Drilling Info. John founded Jolet Consulting, operating as Principal Consultant, where expertise was demonstrated in complex system support and automation. With a solid foundation in Linux administration and a strong capability in migrating infrastructures to virtual environments, John's work has consistently improved system uptime and efficiency across various organizations. Educational credentials include dual BA degrees in English and Computer Information Systems from Our Lady of the Lake University.
