Robert Rogala

Robert Rogala is a seasoned professional in compensation and reward management, currently serving as SVP and Head of EMEA & APAC Compensation at PIMCO since July 2020. Previously, Robert held various roles at HSBC from June 2012 to July 2020, including Head of Performance & Reward for Retail Banking & Wealth Management and Senior Reward Manager for Europe. Prior to HSBC, Robert worked at JPMorgan Chase in EMEA Executive Compensation, focusing on compensation plan design and compliance from October 2009 to June 2012. Robert's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate, specializing in expatriate tax compliance and consulting from December 2004 to October 2009. Robert holds a degree in Business & Management (Accounting) from Brunel University of London, completed in 2004.
