Samir Mobasher

Samir Mobasher is an accomplished Portfolio Risk Manager with a robust background in finance. Samir began their career at Bloomberg LP in research before moving to Bloomberg Tradebook as a broker from 2006 to 2008. They then progressed to PIMCO Europe, where they held roles in portfolio management from 2008 to 2016, ultimately serving as Vice President and later as Senior Vice President from 2016 to 2020. Samir holds a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School and a 2.1 in Economics and Finance from Royal Holloway, University of London, along with a CFA designation.
