Simon Gurr is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience in global operations, technology, and HR transformation. Currently working as a Human Resources Consultant with PIMCO, Simon previously held significant roles at Capital Group, Providence Health, Nutrien, and EY, where they led substantial HR initiatives, including a 40% reduction in onboarding time and the implementation of numerous technology solutions. Simon's educational background includes an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto.
