Xiaoxia Hao is a quantitative investment researcher with experience in equity and global macro strategies. They began their career as an intern at Sunningdale Capital in 2010, where they developed back-test codes and generated risk reports. Xiaoxia served as a portfolio manager at CPP Investments from 2019 to 2022 and has held various roles, including associate at China Investment Corporation and Deutsche Bank, where they focused on asset allocation and FX quantitative research, respectively. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President at PIMCO. Xiaoxia is pursuing a BA in Finance at Peking University and a PhD in Finance at the London School of Economics, having completed a Master’s in Information and Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
