Rob Wiek

Rob Wiek has a long and varied work experience. Rob began their career in 2000 with the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps (RNLMC) as a Maritime Special Forces. In 2004, they became a UN Diplomat at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). From 2009 to 2021, they worked as a UN Diplomat at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. In 2016, they became a Business Partner at Emaji Water and a Strategic Partner at Pimcore. In 2019, they joined Alumio as an Advisory Board Chair and, in 2021, they assumed the same role at SYMSON. Currently, they are the CEO & Founder of Youwe, an organization that helps other organizations change in the digital world.

Rob Wiek has an extensive education history. Rob obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences between 2005 and 2009. Rob then went on to obtain certifications from Tableau Software, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Magento in 2019, 2017 and 2015 respectively. In 2018, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration / Bedrijfskunde / Business Management / Bedrijfsmanagement from Nyenrode Business University. Rob is currently enrolled in Innovation, Technology and Entepreneurship at the University of California, Berkeley, Global sourcing at Renmin University of China, Multiculturalism, Economics and Entrepreneurship at Stellenbosch University, and Latin America and Globalization at IEEM - Escuela de Negocios.
