Director, Customer Account Management at Pinc

Andy Hayman is the Director of Customer Account Management at Pinc. Andy has over 18 years of experience in operations and project management.

Hayman began their career in February 2002 as a Sales Manager at Waste Management. Andy was quickly recruited by the corporate office to be one of five Program Managers in the Fleet Services Division, based on their success in improving customer service.

As a Program Manager, Hayman oversaw multiple programs aimed at improving Waste Management's operations. Andy conducted operational audits on under-performing sites in Portland, Los Angeles, and San Jose; developed plans to empower Front Line Managers; created a pricing tool for salespeople; and developed extensive operational plans to increase revenue. As a result of Hayman's efforts, all contracts that were not cancelled were able to meet or exceed company targets within 12 months.

In addition to their work as a Program Manager, Hayman was also selected to evaluate and manage the successful development and implementation of TransDecisions routing software, a state-of-the-art scheduling and routing solution for Roll Off (debris box) sites. Andy was also responsible for utilizing a web-based routing tool (Waste Route) to assist hauling sites with rerouting processes, successfully deploying and implementing validated reroute solutions.

In their most recent role at Waste Management, Hayman trained eight hauling sites on WM's Service Machine customer service program. Andy also developed operational plans for sites that did not pass audits, assisted in the implementation of those plans, and monitored the sites until standards were achieved.

Hayman's 18 years of experience in operations and project management make him uniquely qualified for their current role as Director of Customer Account Management at Pinc.

Andy Hayman is a Business School graduate from California State University, Fresno.
