Tushar Naik

Tushar Naik is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in leading technology projects at top companies. Currently working at PhonePe since March 2017, Tushar focuses on user systems and organizational infrastructure, contributing to areas such as onboarding, user personalization, and privacy. Tushar is also involved in building the tech stack for Pincode, a hyperlocal commerce platform, since July 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Flipkart, where Tushar worked on enhancing query intents and search quality for complex queries, and an internship at Robert Bosch focusing on data analytics and machine learning. Tushar holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from RNS Institute Of Technology.
