Timothy M. has extensive experience in fraud prevention and business intelligence, with a career spanning over a decade in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Call Center Fraud Prevention & Authentication Consulting at Pindrop since August 2016, Timothy has also held various roles in business intelligence operations and fraud management within the company. Prior to Pindrop, Timothy was a Senior Compliance Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and spent seven years at Bank of America in multiple positions related to fraud detection and consumer credit, including roles as an AVP and fraud operations coach. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Penn State University, obtained in 2007.
