Lance Gilliland is currently enrolled in The Forge, a leadership program within Pine Cove, where they serve as Site Director. Over the past four summers, they have progressed from counselor to leadership intern, and most recently, Program Director, overseeing a staff of over 60 counselors and shaping the community culture for a family camp. Lance holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Baylor University, which they completed after starting their academic journey there with studies in Pre-Business.
