Jay Linke

Jay Linke has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Jay is currently the Vice President of Project Development at Pine Gate Renewables since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Project Management at Pine Gate Renewables from April 2021 to May 2022. From April 2020 to April 2021, they served as the Development Project Manager at the same company. Before joining Pine Gate Renewables, Jay worked as a Development Manager at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. from September 2018 to April 2020. Jay also has experience at Yes Solar Solutions, where they were the Director of Sales from January 2015 to April 2018, and as an Energy Specialist from August 2011 to December 2014. In addition, they had a short internship role as a DELTA Intern at UNC Energy Management in May 2011.

Jay Linke has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Jay also holds a Master of Arts degree in City & Regional Planning from the same university, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Jay has obtained certifications from the USGBC Triangle Chapter as a LEED-AP in 2008 and from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in February 2020.
