Judith Hall

Judith Hall currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Pine Gate Renewables, a leading renewable energy company focused on solar and storage solutions. With extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, Judith previously held the position of Chairman of the Board at Sunworks, Inc., and served as Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Recurrent Energy. Judith's legal career began at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and included a role as Associate General Counsel at Babcock & Brown, where management of corporate legal affairs and international transactions were key responsibilities. Prior to entering the legal field, Judith worked as a Mechanical Engineer for various electric power utilities. Educational credentials include an LLM in International Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
