Mahim Mongia

Mahim Mongia is a dedicated HR, Organizational Development, and Talent Management professional with extensive experience across various industries. They held significant roles at Birlasoft, where they led global OD and TM initiatives for approximately 13,000 employees, and at Kognoz Research & Consulting, where they work as the HR Consulting Practice Leader. Previously, Mahim has served in leadership positions at Jumbo Electronics, AIG, and Jindal Stainless, contributing to talent development and organizational effectiveness. They earned a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Currently, Mahim is the HR Transformation & Digitization Leader at Pine Labs.
