Mukesh Malik

Mukesh Malik has over 15 years of work experience in operations management. Mukesh started their career at Vodafone as a Team Leader for operations, where they handled the prepaid transition and verification process. Mukesh then joined VeriFone as an Account Manager, where they managed PAN India operations for Standard Chartered Bank and handled customer service issues and escalations. Currently, they are working at Pine Labs as an Associate Vice President-Operations, responsible for managing vendor relationships and making enhancements to products.

Mukesh Malik obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from Choudhary Charan Singh University in Meerut, between 2003 and 2005.
