Rupam Ghosal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the payments and media industries. Currently serving as Regional Head at Pine Labs since December 2021, Rupam drives UPI and card business across multiple regions. Prior to this, as Zonal Head at BharatPe from February 2020 to November 2021, Rupam focused on offline payments through QR codes and led a team of over 300 while generating revenue through EDC, loans, and insurance in Karnataka. Previous roles include Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager at Paytm, where Rupam managed both online and offline payment solutions, as well as a Senior Account Manager at Ola and Account Manager positions at Hindustan Times and Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. Rupam holds an MBA in Marketing and a PGPBM in Retail from IIBS.
