Sharad Sharma

Sharad Sharma has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2000 as an EDP Incharge at Maharaja Agrasen Hospital. In 2005, they joined GE as an HR Manager for a short period before moving to GENPACT LLC, where they held various roles such as HR Leader, Project Leader - HR Transformation, and Leader Compensation & Benefits. Sharad's most recent position was Vice President of Human Resources at Pine Labs, starting in February 2022.

Sharad Sharma completed an Executive Certificate Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2018. In 2017, they completed the Executive Development Program in HRM from SHRM. In 2014, Sharma completed a Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business Publishing, specializing in People Function. Sharad obtained a Master in Computer Applications (MCA) degree from IGNOU in 2007 and a B.Com degree from Delhi University in 1996. Additionally, in 1995, they completed a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Computer Education.
