Michael Micek is an experienced technology and employee experience leader currently serving as the Director of Office Technology & Employee Experience at Pine Tree since January 2022, previously holding titles such as Director of Office Operations & Employee Experience and Workplace Experience Coordinator. Prior to this, Michael worked at Nisen & Elliott, LLC from October 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included directing technology systems, managing IT infrastructure, and providing support for organizational activities. Additional experience includes roles at Giving DuPage, Wheel of Wisdom, Cobbler Union, and various internships in public relations and marketing. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from Valparaiso University and completed a Web Developer Track at Thinkful.
