Natalie Drapac

Natalie Drapac, CPM, is an experienced commercial property manager with a diverse background in managing large condominium buildings and overseeing significant capital projects. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at Pine Tree since September 2021, Natalie previously worked as a Property Manager for Community Specialists, where responsibilities included managing two iconic Mies van der Rohe-designed towers with 524 units and a 33-member staff. Prior experience also includes managing a 39-story condominium at The Habitat Company and holding the position of Director of Special Projects at Wolin-Levin, Inc. Natalie's educational credentials include a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Central Florida.
