Nikola Dodic

Nikola Dodic is currently the Head of Routing & Procurement at Pineapple SMS, where they oversee routing operations and develop data-driven procurement strategies. Previously, they served as a Global Sales Manager at iBASIS Business Messaging, focusing on client engagement and internal coordination. They also gained experience as an SMS Growth Specialist at Bird, managing messaging strategies for enterprise customers. Nikola began their career at TeleSign, working as a Service Quality Technician and later as a Service Quality Engineer in Messaging Operations. In addition to their professional experience, Nikola is pursuing studies at the University of Belgrade and is enrolled in a Diagnostic Radiology program at Medical School Belgrade.
