Ami Shah is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and social media. As the Founder of The Art of Eggless, a food blog launched in January 2020, Ami promotes vegan, vegetarian, and eggless options while supporting small businesses through engaging content. Currently serving as an Earth Prize Scholar at The Earth Foundation since April 2024, Ami is also a recipient of the $2500 Gem Scholarship after participating as a Mentee in the Girls E-Mentorship program. Previous roles include Explore Fellow at Impact Labs, Apprentice at Creative Destruction Lab, Social Media Intern at Evive Nutrition, and a member of the Partnerships & Outreach Team at Wave Learning Festival. Ami Shah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and completed secondary education at Bur Oak Secondary School.
