C. Kim Goodwin

Ms. Goodwin is a non-Executive Director of PineBridge Investment’s Board, Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the firm’s Remuneration Committee. Most recently, Ms. Goodwin was Managing Director and Head of Equities for Credit Suisse’s Asset Management Division, responsible for the management of the firm’s equity products in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to that, she was Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Equities at State Street Research & Management Company; Chief Investment Officer of US Growth Equities at American Century Investments; and Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Putnam Investments. Ms. Goodwin also serves on the Board of Trustees for Princeton University, and is a director for the university’s endowment board as well. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Popular, Inc., and on the Advisory Board of Grupo Ferré Rangel Holdings.
