Daniel Purser is the Managing Director of High Yield/Distressed Investments at PineBridge Investments, where they have been since 2005 and cover financial sectors for high yield. With extensive experience as a portfolio manager and senior analyst, Daniel has worked across various sectors in the US and Europe, managing distressed debt strategies, notably during their tenure as Managing Director at AIG Global Investment Group from 2005 to 2010 and as a Senior Analyst at Sandell Asset Management from 2003 to 2005. Daniel began their career as an Analyst at PaineWebber (1994-1995) and advanced through several roles, including Principal at Bank of America, where they developed the BA High Yield index in 1999 and covered European High Yield from 2000 to 2003. They hold a Master’s degree in Finance Accounting from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
