Donald O'Day

Donald O'Day has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Donald currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel at PineBridge Investments, where they have been since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at PineBridge Investments and as a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the same company.

Before joining PineBridge Investments, Donald worked at Proskauer Rose LLP for eight years, starting as an Associate in 2012 and leaving in 2020. Donald also had a legal secondee position at Apollo Global Management LLC in 2017-2018 and interned at the Internal Revenue Service in 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and had a summer internship at the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General. Earlier in their career, they served as an Operations Manager at Longshore Sailing School.

Donald O'Day attended the University of Connecticut from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Finance. Donald then went on to attend the University of Connecticut School of Law from 2009 to 2012.
