Jonathan Ratnage

Jonathan Ratnage joined PineBridge Benson Elliot in 2014 and currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management Europe, overseeing the firm's European Asset Management platform with over 1 billion AUM. Their role encompasses managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across Europe, including mixed-use schemes, retail, and residential properties. Previously, Jonathan held various positions, including Asset Manager at Warner Estates Holdings PLC and Associate Director at JLL, where they managed shopping centers and developed asset management strategies. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Plymouth and is pursuing further qualifications in investment management.
