Pierre's earlier roles included serving as MD Head of Business Development and Deputy CEO at SOVAC, and Co-Director of Financial Institutions at the EBRD, where they played a significant role in enhancing the banking sector in Central and Eastern Europe. They hold multiple degrees from prestigious institutions including the University of Paris and ENA, where they studied economics, law, and public administration.
