Qian Yang

Qian Yang started their work experience in 2013 with an internship at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the role of Quantitative Analytics. They then moved on to Credit Suisse Asset Management, where they held the position of Vice President from October 2013 to March 2022. In this role, they worked on quantitative solutions for leveraged finance, asset allocation across fixed income asset classes, and other related tasks. Qian Yang is currently a Vice President at PineBridge Investments, a position they have held since March 2022.

Qian Yang obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University in the years 2008 to 2012. Qian later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Financial Engineering at Columbia University from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they were an exchange student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2010, focusing on Investment Science. Qian Yang has additional certifications including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in 2020 and the FRM certification from the GARP FRM Program in 2015.
