Shailesh Parte has extensive experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and risk management, with a career spanning various sectors. As the Lead for CSR & Sustainability at CANPACK INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Shailesh managed the entire life cycle of CSR projects, ensuring their alignment with both internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Prior roles include Assistant Manager in Enterprise Risk Management at Cigna TTK Health Insurance Company Limited and risk-related positions at Syntel and Kotak Life Insurance. Shailesh also served as Project Manager at SAMPARC India and is currently a Corporate Responsibility & ESG Professional at PineBridge Investments. Shailesh founded Start Giving Start Living, focusing on education for tribal communities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Sinhgad Institute and several certifications in CSR and impact investment from prestigious organizations.
