Stephen Rea

Stephen Rea has a diverse work experience in the finance and investment industry. Stephen started their career as a Managing Director at Waterton Global Resource Management in 2012, where they actively managed investments and focused on driving value through operational enhancements and turnarounds. In 2014, they joined Cross Border Investment Corporation as a Managing Director, where they made control investments in companies requiring transformation and created value through talent optimization and capital restructurings. Stephen then joined PineBridge Investments in 2019, serving as the Global Head of Financial Strategy and later transitioning to the Private Capital team. At PineBridge, they provided non-control financing solutions for middle market US-based companies. More recently, in 2023, Stephen volunteered at American Corporate Partners (ACP).

Stephen Rea has obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
