Jen DeSimone

Jen DeSimone has over 10 years of professional experience in talent acquisition and project coordination. Jen began their career in 2007 as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at LibraPartners.us, where they developed performance profiles and target personas, designed sourcing strategies, identified and reached out to talent, and tracked marketing analytics and candidates. In 2019, they joined Pinecone (formerly HyperCube) as a People Team/Project Coordinator, where they build vector-based personalization, ranking, and search systems that are accurate, fast, and scalable.

Jen DeSimone has a Master's Degree in Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Baruch College.
