Or Glicklich (she/her) began their career in 2014 as a Semester Coordinator and Teacher at This Is Not An Ulpan. Or then moved to the Student Union - The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, where they served as Head of Social Involvement Department. In 2015, they became Program Coordinator at Building Bridges. In 2016, they joined Ananey, a Paramount Company, as a Localization Expert. In 2021, they joined Pinecone as HR & Ops Manager. At Pinecone, they are responsible for building the first vector database to enable the next generation of artificial intelligence applications in the cloud.

Or Glicklich received their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo in 2015. Or then went on to earn their Master's degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Haifa in 2020.
