In 1970, Alberto Pinetti and his wife Ezia, founded a design and architecture atelier in Bergamo where they created sophisticated furniture for their home. 

In 1983 Pinetti became a company that, with the help of their two architect sons, Andrea and Lorenzo, opened up the family creations to a global market.
