PinfraUS was founded in 2019 in the United States as the operational entity of Pinfra Global, LLC a subsidiary of  Pinfra “Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura, S.A.B. de C.V”, a Mexican publicly traded company with a market cap of $4B USD (BMV: PINFRA). 

The goal of PinfraUS is to invest in projects related to the financing, construction and operation of highway, port, railway and airport projects, as well as the construction and operation of parking lots, wastewater and drinking water treatment plants, and the provision of sewer systems, and collection and disposal of garbage. There is also the possibility to make investments in commercial real estate projects and any other ancillary business that fall within the company’s spectrum.
