Chad Holmes is a seasoned technology professional with a background in software engineering and technical support. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Ping Assistant since June 2025, Chad also co-founded Bookends in November 2024. Previously, Chad held various software engineering roles at Pattern® from April 2022 to July 2025, progressing from Software Engineer Intern to Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Product Support Specialist II at UKG from September 2021 to April 2022 and as a Technical Support Engineer at Instructure from July 2020 to September 2021. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
