Alec Matho

Alec Matho is a Sales Enablement Analyst at Ping Identity, with a focus on onboarding strategies for new SDR hires globally, development of self-paced learning plans, and management of global SDR training programs. Previously, Alec completed a Sales Enablement Analyst internship at the same company and worked as a freelance data researcher, conducting extensive online research on private high schools. Additional experience includes roles as a boat yard hand at Winter Island Yacht Yard, an ESL teacher in London, and a lifeguard at Crown Pointe Condominiums. Alec holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
