Jonny Hay

Jonny Hay currently serves as a Strategic Account Manager and previously held the role of Account Executive at Ping Identity since January 2024. Prior to this, Jonny was the EMEA Alliance Director at ForgeRock from August 2022 until its acquisition by Thoma Bravo and subsequent merger with Ping Identity. In this role, Jonny focused on enhancing ForgeRock's collaboration with Deloitte. Additionally, Jonny worked as Business Development Director for UK&I Partners at ForgeRock, where responsibilities included creating a go-to-market strategy for IAM solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Manager at Acuity Risk Management, specializing in cyber risk management software. Jonny also has a background as a Professional Athlete for Hoka One One and previously with Nike, as well as experience in sales and research during academic pursuits. Jonny holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry with Bio-Organics from the University of Birmingham.
