Kari Mayfield

Kari Mayfield is the Head of Inclusion & Belonging at Ping Identity, where they lead the strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts for approximately 2,000 employees. Prior to this role, Kari served as the Global Diversity & Inclusion Leader at Mercer, managing initiatives that enhanced workplace inclusivity for 24,000 colleagues worldwide. They began their career as an Instructional Designer at OfficeMax and have held various roles in diversity and training across multiple organizations, including Discover Financial Services and IBM Global Services. Kari is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University.
