Lance Leonard is an experienced technical writer, programmer writer, and software developer currently serving as the Technical Documentation Manager at Ping Identity. Previously, they held the position of Head of Documentation at Labelbox, where they managed and created technical content for machine learning applications. With a solid background in leading documentation teams at Redis and other companies, Lance has consistently demonstrated expertise in establishing editorial standards and improving content discoverability. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Whitman College.
