Michael transitioned into project management, taking on significant positions at Strategic Products and Services and Modality Systems, where they managed complex implementations and user adoption projects for Microsoft O365 and related technologies. Currently, they are a Senior Project Manager at Ping Identity, focusing on Identity & Access Management project delivery while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
