Mike McCarthy

Mike McCarthy serves as a Senior Manager in Sales Engineering at Ping Identity, effective January 2024, leading the Americas Sales Engineers in the Eastern US following the merger with ForgeRock. McCarthy previously held the position of Manager for Americas Sales Engineers at ForgeRock and has extensive experience in sales engineering and technical leadership, including roles as Principal Sales Engineer at Idaptive and Senior Solutions Engineer at ForgeRock. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Pre-sales & Service at Tools4ever Identity & Access Management, where communication and goal achievement across stakeholder groups were prioritized. McCarthy began a career in technology as a Network Administrator at Joyce Expediting and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Farmingdale State College, as well as an Associate's degree from Nassau Community College.
