Wendy Balcom

Wendy Balcom currently serves as the Senior Director of the Global Deal Management Team at Ping Identity, following the merger with ForgeRock. In this role, Wendy leads change management for deal operations, focusing on improvements in the GTM process and SFDC usage. Wendy previously held the position of Senior Director at ForgeRock and has extensive experience in strategic deal management from roles at Micro Focus, DataStax, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, and Oracle Corporation. Wendy's background includes overseeing deal support initiatives, managing deal strategy and process, and implementing best practices across multiple organizations. Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management from SUNY Brockport.
