Our Mission & Methodology

At Ping Offices, our mission is to simplify the way businesses find and secure office space. Having worked closely with clients, we saw firsthand how fragmented, slow, and opaque the search process can be. That’s why we’ve built a smarter, independent, and technology-driven approach—designed to bring clarity, speed, and confidence to every decision.

Our methodology is a fast, structured journey that takes you from first enquiry to signed office agreement with complete transparency:

1. Discovery Call
A focused 5–15-minute conversation to understand your business, team size, growth plans, preferred locations, budget, and timing.

2. Tailored Shortlist in 60 Minutes
Within one hour, we deliver a curated shortlist of office options—carefully matched on quality, amenities, flexibility, and overall fit.

3. Viewing Coordination
We organise and schedule all viewings directly with landlords and workspace providers, saving you time and hassle.

4. Guided Tours
We attend each viewing with you, represent your interests, and provide clear, objective insights on every space.

5. Post-Tour Review in 24 Hours
Within 24 hours, you receive a concise summary of all options, including key commercial terms and our recommendations.

6. Negotiation to Move-In
Once you’ve chosen your space, we negotiate the best possible terms and support you right through to signing and move-in.
