Ruby Wu

Ruby Wu is a dedicated food tech specialist with a diverse background in product development and technical management. Ruby's career began as an NPD Technologist at Scheff Foods, where they collaborated with chefs on new food products and managed ingredient sourcing. They later served as a Technical Co-ordinator at SGS, ensuring quality management for international clients, and continued to excel as a Food Technologist at Ping Pong Dim Sum, where Ruby maintained product specifications and quality standards. Currently, as the NPD Technical Manager at Ping Pong Dim Sum, Ruby oversees innovative recipe development and manages production quality, while also contributing to marketing efforts and external product projects. Ruby holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in Food and Consumer Management from the University of Birmingham.
