We have won the Børsen Gazelle 10 times in a row for our growth, but our purpose is in creating the best work environment possible, we call this our oasis. Our average experience per consultant is +16 years, but occasionally we also hire younger talents.

To support our purpose, we are doing things differently. We are a completely flat organization with our CEO as the only manager and only non-billable function in our company. We have no departments, but circles where everyone can participate and make a difference. Our key KPI’s are team temperature, psychological safety, and our ONA (Organizational Network Analysis).
