Eugene Peng

Eugene Peng is an international counsel with substantial experience in SaaS and corporate law. They have served in various legal roles, including as Legal Counsel at PubNub, where they focused on compliance and improved legal processes, and as Legal Counsel for Adverity, where they led legal operations and ensured GDPR compliance. Currently, Eugene is the Lead Counsel for North America and EMEA and Global Privacy Officer at TiDB, managing enterprise deals and overseeing privacy compliance. They hold a JD with a Tax Concentration from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
