Nancy W.

Nancy W. is a seasoned finance and tax professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr Director of Tax and Treasury at PingCAP since August 2021, responsibilities include overseeing tax, treasury, payments, travel and expenses, and corporate insurance. Prior to this, Nancy held significant positions at Riot Games, first as Head of Finance and Operations for China, where finance, IT, and workplace experience teams were built and led, and previously as Senior Tax Manager managing US and international taxation. Experience also includes a tenure at Tencent as Associate Tax Director managing US deals and investments, as well as roles at PwC and Deloitte focusing on cross-border investments, tax structures, and compliance. Nancy holds a JD/MBT in Law and Taxation from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from UC Irvine.
